I eat here almost every single time I pass through Spring Hill. The server who took our to-go order was extremely rude. She made us get our own water. I had to go back to get plastic ware, as well.

This is right up there with the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Long waits, and awful service. They actually sat us at a dirty table and my kid had to wait for his milk for over 1/2 hr.
