Be sure to spend some time with the lovely sommelier, she's wonderful, thoughtful & particular about your experience. Get a sauce with your steak. Ask about when O.J. Simpson would come through.

Go for the Big Game - that is, Elk, Caribou, Deer, or Buffalo. Brussell Sprouts and Mac and Cheese. And a bold red to wash it down.
