Food is generally good. Service today was absolutely abysmal. Sat at the bar for more than 10 minutes and still not able to get a drink.

This pub/restaurant is immensely popular, for a quiet village outside of Woking. The food is outstanding, with the menu changed often to match seasonal produce. It is strongly advised to book a table.

Really good food for Saturday lunch. Maybe slightly pricey for a lunch (£15 a head for sandwich with soup, a drink and a coffee) but the food was worth it - 3 well filled sandwiches & homemade soup.

What great food!!!! I had the lamb steak and the poached plums on caramelised brioche. I would happily recommend both!
