We stopped here as part of our walk from Hassocks to Lewes. Pub has a lovely warm country feel, service was great and food delicious! We both enjoyed a roast lunch and dessert. Highly recommend!

Excellent pub. Came here mid hike and relaxed in their beer garden. Great food at gastro pub prices. Attentive table service during peak lunch hours, but come 1500 we were forgotten about.
