Lodged a complaint about a staff named Hajjar on the feedback website. She’s indeed not customer friendly, can’t even move a muscle on her lips to smile.

Horrible service. The staff here totally have no passion in their job. Ms Hajjar if you don't feel like working today don't put it on the customer. We are paying your salary.
