Place was rather dirty, probably due to being under staffed. Also no Welcome to Firehouse greeting. Hope this isn’t the new norm here or will be going to other locations. 👎

People are way to impatient. If they can make 4 sandwiches in ten minutes or less for you they are doing good. You would spend 15+ minutes in a McDonalds drive thru at lunch time.

I come here once a week for our shops lunch and the order is always fast and hot. Staff is always friendly and food is great. Recommend the hero and meatball sub.

Agree on the slow service comments. There are 7 people working the counter and it took them 10 minutes to make 4 sandwiches.
