Refused to substitute veggie burger on a chicken salad while the manager made faces about it. Then all three veggie burger meals came wrong. Annoyed.

Don't do it; just don't! Got order wrong--#5 mushroom & swiss ended up as 5 piece chicken, which was dry and fries overly salted.
