While waiting 5 minutes for a bowl of soup today, it brought back the bad memory that I waited once before. Not sure whats the delay. I watched a barista make a latte while waiting for the soup.

THE WORST alterra/collectivo. Took them 10 mins to make my brew bar coffee only for it to b cold. Didn't realize so till I was in the car and driving away.
