Customer service is non existent because they don't have enough people to help the services they offer. Be prepared to wait for a long while or go to another location that is staffed appropriately.

Mixed bag on service! They can be very grumpy and do great work or crap work. They will correct material even when it's not their fault! A pleasant surprise.

Horrible customer service. 4 people working, only 1 @ the counter. Had to wait over 15 minutes just to pick up a cd of scanned documents.
