Very slow service especially during lunch hour break. There are officers available but couldn't be bothered with waiting customers. Hopeless bank

Bad and slow service. Try to refrain from coming to this bank. In some cases waited 1 hour just to withdraw money. Pathetic

did a transaction with the teller at the counter..the teller returned me with some 1 sen coins as I didn't round up the amount..I guess 1 sen coin is still valid isn't it?
