Horrible experience! I understand our 2 year old was upset however I wanted a clipper cut. She nearly poked him in the face with the shears! Then they charge us full price for this crappy cut!

GREAT for the kids. Love the toys and always very speedy. Make an appointment though as they are usually booked solid.
