These guys claim world class service. Every time I go, there are 30 people standing around talking to everyone but customers. It takes much longer than it should to get your car checked in.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Honda dealer. Rude service advisors who do not return calls, and they over charge for service. Go to a different Honda dealership!

Put down a deposit for the new 2012 natural gas civic at a different dealer...as in not here. Horrible customer service.
