The service is so much better at their Royal Oak, Birmingham & Troy locations. They actually towel dry your vehicle and not just run a towel by it, unlike the W. Bloomfield and Southfield locations.

Just make sure you are told a more accurate cleaning time if you're doing the complete wash for the first time. Was told at checkin 1.5hrs but told at cashier 3hrs. I better be satisfied with results!
