ابتدای مسیر را با قایق باید بری و بعد از اون یک مسیر پیاده روی زیبا و آب تنی در رودخانه س ..در مجموع کوههای عمان و دره های بینشون زیبا و دیدنی هستند و تا حدود زیادی شبیه ایران اما پر از توریست !

Great walk through the wadi, around 1 hour 30 minutes. Incredible views! And then a swim through the cave to a waterfall!

There are some goats eager to get some food. Don't feed bread. Instead just rip off some palm leaves. They will love it!

Follow the river path until the end, then, swim under the rock (4') to get inside the grotto. You can jump from the waterfall inside. CRAZY!

Hike for about 45 mins and make sure you swim through to the hidden waterfall inside the cave
