Wonderful home of Agatha Christie decorated as it would have been in the 1950s. Lovely tranquil gardens. Run by National Trust.

staff are ruder than other national trust places we've been to, also seems to be reluctant to discuss the history and more concerned with stopping photography.

Have the Victoria Sponge and think about joining the National Trust. You can play the piano and ask Ti hear the tape recording in the Library.

Go by ferry! A great day out. Look in the scrapbooks in the rooms for more info. They keep kids amused with a list of things to spot in the house.
