MTR Admiralty Sta.から直ぐのオフィスビル。2014年のデモの際はビル前の道路が封鎖され、人であふれていたとの事。以前は九龍とVictoria Harbourの眺望が素晴らしく、花火も良く見えたそうですが、現在は、政府高官が勤務するCentral Goverment Officesのビルが建っており、眺望が随分と変わってしまったそうです。
