There was a dead fly in one of their cheesecake, and when we pointed it out, the girl behind the counter simply picked it out, and kept the cake as it is. Disappointed at their service again!!

The service takes long time. The food took ages to arrive. By the time my food came to the table everyone else finished eating. There is only 1 person who takes orders!!! Worst Senal so far.

Customer service is shit. Do not come here unless there is nowhere else. You will regret it. Food is mediocre. Tried this place several times and the only thing consistent is the disappointment.

Worse customer service ever. You can't order something while you are having your meal. They want you to stop eating, walk to the till and pay for the additional order. Idiots

Never ever buy fruit juices and sandwiches from Sensal. Not worth the price!!! Juice tastes like water and sandwiches are made for an appetizer of a 5 year old.
