Very very bad. We were charged $5 in, and they said we hadn’t paid and made us pay $5 again. We were first timers here and will never go back.

Back your car in if you're going to a Redbirds game or to a downtown event so you can get out easier. Better yet, park somewhere else & walk. Cheaper isn't always better.

Steer clear of that elevator! Get some cardio before your meal or drinks downtown and take the stairs.

If you park at Parking Can Be Fun, your walk to all of the Memphis in May events will only be a few blocks.

Elevator can be REALLY slow....get some exercise and take the stairs :)
