MY 900.00 PHONE STOLEN BY THE PARKING ATTENDANT. I Cloud shows that I arrived at 7:16 PM Memorial Day in an empty return lot,. The phone was shut off by an employee at 9:06 PM on Thrifty property.

This place is terrible. Waited 20 minutes then the "manager" told me that their system can't manually enter credit cards when my stripe wouldn't work. Total BS. Every POS system does that.

Very good experience: Join Blue Chip (free) and all these problems go away. Rented for 10 days to drive to WY and had no problems. (Buy gas before return: Flying J on 32nd at Airport Blvd. exit.)

Watch out for the aggressive staff using scare tactics on insurance, gasoline, and till roads. Have not seen this at other thrifty locations. Say no and stay firm.

Try not to rent a Dodge Avenger or Chrysler 200. They are horrific cars to drive.

Don't do it. Go somewhere else!!! Worst customer service ever. Can't return at the counter, must wait 30 mins for the lone person outside to come check you in. Hope you don't have a flight to catch!
