The staff are friendly and very helpful, also the fish are so healthy, ever fish I've bought from here are going strong eating up everything in sight. Including each other.

This place is arguably the best pet store in Lansing, but lately they've become very unwelcoming and unfriendly. If this is from bad behavior it is understandable, but I don't feel like returning.

Diagnosed the problem with my leaking canister filter. After I expressed interest in getting rid of it, they offered to swap it for a substantially better-quality preowned filter. Exceptional service!
