Really big and great mall, you should visit it if have enough time in Tartu. Free bus from city center is very useful, just check schedule online.

It's biggest mall in Tartu with over 160 shops. Also many entertainment providers - ice skating rink, 4D cinema, mini zoo (zoo planet), many eating places and so on. Take a day and chill out here. :)

Wifi is totally unusable. You need to add your e-mail address to some spam list, to use wifi, but they will give access to internet only for 15 minutes. Beware!
