DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, GO TO ANOTHER APPLE STORE ELSEWHERE. Quite a poor customer service. Unprofessional, unorganized and unhelpful. I'm a local, both retail area and genius bar have bad cust service

Such a lovely store in a nice building. A bit smaller than other stores (e.g. Berlin & Munich) but friendly staff.
