This place sucks! Horrible customer experiences & staff is super unprofessional. Avoid if u can. Dresses will be delivered wrinkled right out of a box. You'll be lucky if someone helps zip u.

BROKEN ZIPPER HELL!! Second time of it busting and it was "replaced". It's not a "I'm too fat issues" it's a the seamstress sucks issue. Don't trust the in house.

They do two brides at the same time for dresses, terrible idea! Go somewhere else. What's worse is they weren't busy and there were consultants just sitting around while we had one person helping two

The customer service here sucks! This location is under staffed. Deniellel L who was my consultant was pretty useless. Taylor O finished my transaction and was more helpful than my "consultation".

*i roll my eyes* They checked the Bride-to-be's registry who is out of state, had me try one the dress and order it. I send a picture to the Bride and tells me, "it's the wrong dress!" Way to go DB!!

Fine for department store-type bridal shopping. They do carry Jim Hjelm designs, so that's a plus.
