They push you to buy their products, but that's their job and what they're trained to do. Just simply say no thank you. Not a big deal. I love it here and the people here are very friendly!

Just paid $15 for a SAMPLE size lotion packet. Is this for real? Don't buy products here unless they are having a really good special!

2 failed attempts to air brush do to "5"minute wait or machine down, double charged on monthly billing & annoying attempts to be up sold each time I tan. Not my favorite salon

Some of the people are extremely pushy to get you to upgrade and spend obscene amounts of money for lotions etc. Don't.
