Far from dilapidated. Great place to visit. Great value compared to other places. Can spend all day here. Great. Well worth a visit. Secret garden is fab.

Avoid. Run-down facilities, dilapidated adventure playground, ill-appropriately housed animals and vastly overpriced - £25 for a family of four. Find an alternative park or head to the beach.
