WiFi did not work most of the time and when it worked, for like 5 minutes, it was very very slow. You couldnt use it.

For being in SF it is priced right for the location. In between Lombard and Union and Chestnut Street, Walking distance to Cafe's, Restaurants and Bars. Rooms are nice too. Bargain for the parking

Outside is a bit scary, but the rooms are clean and comfortable - a bit small. The neighborhood seems very nice with lots of shops and restaurants

I was kinda worried with all the bad reviews but the rooms are actually not bad! The bathroom is very clean & we have a huge T.V.! Its a motel so u can't do much 4 the noise! Very very good location!!

Ask for a quiet room and better take your hair dryer with you - they can give you one, but it is almost useless.

No fridge, no microwave, beds werent comfy, pillows were shit. Had to pay for most of the channels. Payed $150 for four people at the HILTON and $155 to stay here, ridiculous. Free wifi, but VERY slow

The owners are amazing! I've been coming here for 3 years and won't stay anywhere else. All my friends stay here whenever they are in town too.

If you ever want a good nights sleep... Do NOT stay here. The walls are paper thin and you hear every noise all the surrounding rooms make..... All of them :(
