Heard a few planes tonight but can deal with it for the closeness to the beach. Can get a bus right outside as well which is nice. Definitely under the flight path though.

Actually on the side of the airport but two blocks away next to the beach... Would be lucky if you can even hear a plane.... Nice a close to everything! Highly recommended
