A loyal Marriott customer for years ... knarly (evening) front desk help, air-conditioning didn't cool and the Manager follow-up to my survey response was lame.

Best hotel experience. Rooms are really clean and all the staff is really cool.

One of the few nicer hotels in the area which allows pets. Great for travellers with dogs or cats.
