Visit the James Bond Style pool, skip the hotel restaurants and head into the Mall to Walnut Grove restaurant, it's very good with great prices and not touristy like the square. Steam room is unisex.

The hotel only seems to have 1 wifi access point for the conference venue so bring some sort of 3G backup just in case someone else is connected.
