There’s no potable water in the room. Unless you pay $6 for an Evian. Disgraceful for a luxury hotel

If you’re in the tower, be sure to take the second floor bridge from the main hotel. Much nicer and easier if you’re towing bags.

Great place to stay, and it’s in the middle of everything. Conveniently located near lots of restaurants and stores.

worst hotel management ever!!! We came to hotel and approximately 4 hours waiting at the lobby for our room preparation.

Rooms really nice! Helpful and friendly staff. Grand decor! Holiday weekends attract party people that turn the place into a Las Vegas resort. Stay away.

Cómodo y lindo hotel, pide las habitaciones en el ala nueva, es un edificio cruzando la calle, suena raro pero valen la pena estás habitaciones.
