Prebooked an extra bed and we get to the room without it. When I followed up to set it up, they forget the blanket. They try though. Oh, and yes to complimentary parking!

Got 3 rooms for mom’s 90th birthday. At 12am huge ROACH crawls over my foot. Now 6:26am sitting, feet up, NO SLEEP waiting for possible room change 😡😡😡

Got 3 rooms Seda Vertis for mom's 90th. At 12am, huge ROACH crawls over my foot! Hate ROACHES! Call mgt - Waiting to see if I get new rooms. Now 6am-sitting w/ feet up & NO SLEEP!
