Good service & several choices for spa treatment. Room is modern & full facilities but I prefer therapist who does massage to make treatment soft & slow.

Don't have good management enough for support guests on vacation. I've wait for a long time to park and drop my luggage then wait for check-in. And the posture of staff seem don't care guest problem.

Be Careful if you booked this hotel w/ Agoda. When I check-in, I got another room. STAFF TOLD "IF I RESERVED w/ AGENCY,even I have a confirmation it doesn't guarantee I get the room I reserved"
