Nice views of Princes Street from street facing rooms. (Also, nice guy on staff got us into an upgraded room with a view and balcony after we called down because of water issues in our bathroom.)

Location is spot on. Walls are thin..rooms are tiny or a wee tinsie...staff is friendly though!

It's 10:10 and the staff have used the fire alarm three times to make sure everybody is awake and will vacate by 11:00. I've never come across such a blatant (and illegal) nonsense! It's Wednesday!

Not so glam ice party, more "retro"Drinks served with lipstick around them, when asked to replace them they just poured the contents into a "clean glass" fire alarm went off evacuation was a joke!
