Netherland was the receptionist and was threatening and insulting. I've never received worse customer service in my five plus years of being a hilton diamond member.

Totally awesome hotel. Clean, nonsmoking room did NOT smell like smoke, and the decor of the room is very modern

Full kitchen, fresh colors, modern streamlined decor and great customer service! I had no car, so they drove me to/from an appt. And they don't have shuttle service!! "That's how they roll!"
