Fully renovated rooms are very good, wifi in the rooms is bad, breakfast buffet is very nice but you have to wait in a que to get a table in rush hours. Hotel is just 5-7 min from DXB airport

The service of Hyatt Hotels have always been commended so goes to Grand Hyatt! I love Panini Cafe for one with the sinful deliciously made chocolate truffles!

Wox, IZ and the Panini bar...amongst everything else...my fave hotel...with probably one of the best interiors in the MEA region...

من الفنادق المحترمة، خدمتهم كويسة ونظيف و الغرف والمرافق كلها جديدة او تم تجديدها، قريب جدا من المطار، ف اذا انتو هنا لعمل فقط ف المكان جدا مناسب،بعيد عن الزحمة**مكيفات اللوبي ماتبرد كويس وقت الرطوبة!

Amazing grounds and pool area. Cool kids club and pool area with water slides. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Good variety of restaurants, and the club lounge is top notch.

Fantastic hotel. Great gym and spa. Restaurants are really nice, some better than others. Pool side good service is not good though (wrong drinks, hour wait for hot food which has gone cold).

We really love this place! Ahasees Spa is amazing! Seperate steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation rooms for men and women. The gardens and pools are just beautiful and outstanding.

Great hotel for holidays with kids! Toddlers pool is very cool and shaded. Kids Club seems also great. They even organize kids camps with lots of activities.
