Perfect location - right within walking distance of downtown St Augustine. Hotel could use some updates, but nice overall.

A bit neglected in upkeep. Black mold in the bathroom behind door & around tub. I don't recommend this place.

Great place to stay. Looks like recent renovations. Clean hotel with a friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Trolley stop was 1 block away and the Fort, shops and dinning are within walking distance.
