夜出歩いたからか、どの辺りがITなのかわからない・・飲食店とオフィス？団地？が混じったような。まとわりつく湿気、野良犬と道端のインディ屋台、排気ガスの匂い。チルアウト。

Part of Cebu that never sleeps. There are lots of food choices and coffee shops around so it’s worth visiting.

Great variety of food and places to choose from and greens for fresh air. Careful when crossing since there are no traffic lights here and make sure to know security number in case of emergency.
