GLYZKIE: As I was trying to think about you comment: Please define for me what you MEANT BY NEW FACILITIES & SERVICES. As you say about 'PAR" are you talking about government "PAR"?

Glyzkie, our rates is not a par with the newer hotels. One of the hotel charges customers in $ (dollar ) figure. We charge pesos. My place has the best view compared to others.

Glyzkie, our services are great. Villa Deriada is "A". In States an A is the best. I dont know if you are aware these ratings. We are at PAR with Tourism & BIR.

Where have you been G!! The Deriada's has been in Tacloban City before WWII. We are the legacy of the town. No need to compete with others.

You need to look for the best high price in Tacloban. I dont need your money to survive my business. As long as I can contribute employment to my home town, that's all I care.

To Glyzkie: if you thing that Villa Deriada needs improvement, in facilities and services, then dont check in this place.

PROS: Accommodating Staff. You can request for breakfastCONS: No hot water for cheaper rooms, no restaurant inside, not so modern facilities.

Villa Deriada Pensione needs to improve their facilities and services if they would want to compete with other hotels in Tacloban. Especially that their rate is just at par with newer hotels.
