Great location near some excellent food & convenient to public transport. Friendly staff, nicely-sized common area, quiet bedrooms. Only thing I didn't love was paying extra for luggage storage.

They organize an awesome free tour few times a week. Going around Singapore with kick-scooters. Recommended! =)
