You actually can get hot water in private rooms if you just press the shower button long enough. Now, I wish there was a similar way to get wlan to work in rooms also...

The worst thing here is the people who don't washes there on crockery. Serious, it's horrible to take a plate to eat and see it is dirty with the rest of the food of someone else.
