Avoid old accommodation, try their new annex, small older Onsen. Customer service is very bad, none of the staff can speak English to assist. Charged us for ¥5,000 good dinner that we did not have.

The open air public bath is a must try! Private open air bath in each room big enough for a couple to soak in
