Do the tour,have the spread of salami,cheese and other assorted local foods. The wines are fantastic but give the grappa a try.

Beautiful rooms and hearty communal meals. The staff are very friendly and laid back (a family-run hotel). Nice pool surrounded by fruit trees to snack from. Recommend the tower (Torre Vecchia) suite.

Drive-by wine tastings in the shop until 7pm. Would be rude not to.
