Have to agree with others. Not very desirable. Access is difficult from the north, lots of hi way noise, and quiet hours don't mean much. We'd be moving on if we didn't have family to visit.

No Internet as advertised on website. Really looks like many long-term residents. Close to hiway. Less than desirable setup.
