Best Walgreens for Clipper Card. Every register not just the photo section can reload your Clipper and the staff knows that you need $1.25 minimum for a Caltrain 8 ride or pass to work.

You can perform Clipper transactions at ANY register not just the photo counter Unlike the store near Tamien they know their Clipper cards and will warn you if you don't have $1.25 for Caltrain.
