I've been taken care of on 3 East and 3 West. The staff are very nice and professional. If you know you'll be here awhile, bring a credit card and cash, the store in the basement is your friend!

The food & coffee shop are located on the basement level, the food options are numerous and surprisingly tasty. I got a patty melt with grilled onions and crispy fries for under $4.

if you have to eat while at the VA, check out the coffee shop chicken salad on a toasted croissant. good coffee too
