I don't understand why ppl get mad when the the whole diner is full of people and there is only 2 waiters and 1 cook. What do you expect? If you wait you'll receive good service and not sour employee

No matter who's working if your patient and kind to your server they may give you better service (especially) late at night. It always works for me :D

Gravy on french fries = massive ordeal as they fugure out how to enter it on the computer. Nice staff though.
