Try the Bock beer. It's a strong lager which will be served into a really unusual glass. It will be something different from the usual pint. And get some fries, since it's very strong.

Recently re-furbishment creates more space, but it's essentially the same pub. Nice, but small garden out back. Food not great, just OK.

Recently done up, nice but a bit pretentious - I like my local pub to be like a pub, not a bar in Chelsea. They've messed up outside - the triangle shelters do nothing in the rain. Great beer though!

Great service & a great pub. Do try their Brownie & Ice Cream dessert, I bet you won't be able finish it :)
