If you want chicken strips, consider the chicken bites. It's common to get some strips that have been sitting in their warming area for awhile, but all the bites are made to order and smoking hot.

In the past 6 months or so this location has really gone downhill as far as service, accuracy, and just plain old being prepared for customers, especially at breakfast and the lunch rush.

When you use the B line (drive thru) pull up lined up with the door, not the driveup window. They're not going to use the window for you. There's even a B on the ground to guide you. Pull up to the B.
