The weakest link in the Chick-Fil-A chain. "Sit down & we'll bring your food"--15 minutes late is not fast food. Also, no pickles means NO pickles.

After eating at Russell House for a few years (renowned worlds most terrible customer service) it is laughably relieving how nice these people are in the 5 seconds we talk with them to get food. Gj!
