Skynet is pure shit. Slow services, have to wait about 90 minutes to get my parcel. Called the customer services million times but no one is answering the phone. Pls aboid using skynet services

One of the worst customer service amongst all couriers in Malaysia. Rude staff at the drop off point to front desk. The level of customer service reflects the company's image. Poor and pathetic.
